Walter Kim
Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer
As an international attorney, Walter Kim has concluded more than $6 billion in financial transactions worldwide and represented over 100 corporate transactions. He specializes in matters related to the senior management decision-making process, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, corporate reorganization, operating management, planning, and short- and long-term debt and capital involvement, including capital sourcing.
This covers all types of investment requirements — business reorganization, capital restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, foreign licensing, and corporate valuations for cash, equity, warrants, and other instruments.
Mr. Kim has held several senior managerial positions, including chairman of the board, director, auditor, and general counsel for medium-sized and large multinational conglomerates. He served as General Counsel for a large Korean consumer products company with over 80 distribution networks around the world.
Drawing on his experience in management consulting and industry, his approach blends high-level strategic thinking with hands-on tactical execution. He advises senior management across multiple business lines on risk, creative solutions, and the assessment of opportunities and threats, with a track record of building enterprise value through joint ventures, strategic partnerships, alliances, and acquisitions.
As Co-Founder and CEO, Walter guides global strategy and legal architecture, ensuring the firm’s transactions meet international standards for trust, transparency, and scale.

Phillip Sann
Co-Founder & Chief Financial Officer
Phillip Sann is an experienced and entrepreneurial professional who works best in fast-paced environments with high-achieving teams focused on execution and results. He is a champion of cybersecurity, and single-handedly improvised, developed, and perfected the cybersecurity operations manual at Boeing.
He is self-motivated, organized, resourceful, and a strong collaborator with close attention to detail, and welcomes problems that fall outside his own area of expertise. He has traveled to more than 30 countries and 30 U.S. states; that multicultural background shapes how he works with diverse teams and counterparties.
Drawing on his experience in corporate auditing, Mr. Sann is adaptable in shifting market conditions and collaborative by default. With multidisciplinary expertise across executive management, project development, data analytics, cybersecurity, strategic planning, and finance, he aligns partners and capabilities with internal and external interests.
He designed, developed, and implemented a comprehensive cybersecurity operational manual for global and domestic use, automating existing processes into scalable solutions, and looks for creative ways to mitigate risk while still meeting business goals.
As Co-Founder and CFO, Phillip oversees financial strategy, product development, and systems architecture, driving the vision for secure, compliant, and scalable operations.
